Career Pathways

At BMG we encourage each of the members in our team to strive to reach their full potential in life.  Our Career Pathways Program assists them to plan where they want to go with their chosen careers and to determine what they need to do to get there.  Together we develop the strategies to assist them in achieving their goals.

Our Annual Performance and Professional Development Review complements the Career Pathways program by appraising each team member's current role and the training required to support their career progress.

BMG's Mentoring Program is an additional initiative we use to support the personal and professional growth of our employees.  It is founded on the development of a relationship between an experienced and knowledgeable professional and the team member with the goal of assisting them to identify and focus on their professional and personal goals.

Our Commitment to Training - evidence of the strength of this commitment can be gauged from the fact that BMG's proportion of practice expenditure on Professional Development and Training is approximately twice that of the industry average, as inicated by the Rob Knights Practice Surveys.
