Salary Continuance Insurance is an additional feature of the salary package of all employees at BMG. Irrespective of age or health all team members at BMG enjoy the peace of mind from knowing that should they suffer a longer term, ongoing illness they will receive 85% of their salary paid up to the age of 65 after a waiting period of only 30 days.
Remuneration - At BMG we have developed a unique Remuneration calculator and supplementary Bonus System that ensures that the professional fee earners in our firm will always receive remuneration packages aligned to those paid by 'top quartile' like practices throughout Australia. This, together with our KPI monitoring procedure, provides a unique combination of mechanisms that ensures that no accountant we employ at BMG will ever be in a situation where they are paid less than they are worth to our business.
Flexible Working Arrangements - Our approach is based on the needs of the individual's circumstances while at the same time, protecting the integrity of our commitment to our clients. In this context we have a number of people, who, because of personal or study commitments work on a part-time basis. We are also able to accomodate adjustments to full-time work hours to help manage the unexpected events that occur in people's lives. In addition, our study leave policy enables our employees to manage the demands of their study and exam workload.
Red Gum - is an initiative in which we proactively encourage all employees to access and utilise the extensive range of valuable resources and intellectual capital we have in our business to professionally organise and maintain their own affairs.
Our Social Club committee plans and organises a number of events each year where the team can get together outside of work hours. It is valued as a dynamic and important unit of the team and one that enriches the culture and environment of our workplace.
