Establishment
We will assist you with the establishment of a Self Managed Superannuation Fund, including obtaining an appropriate trust deed and preparing all relevant documentation.

Administration
We will carry out, on behalf of the trustees, all administration and compliance requirements for your Self Managed Superannuation Fund to ensure it is properly maintained in accordance with the applicable Laws.

Trust Deed Review
We will thoroughly review the Deed of your Self Managed Superannuation Fund to ensure compliance with applicable Laws and consistency with the manner in which the Fund is conducted.

Pension Establishment & Review
We will advise you on the most appropriate and/or tax effective income streams from your Self Managed Superannuation Funds.  We also provide ongoing adminstration of the annual pension review process.

Binding Death Beneficiary Nominations
We will assist you with the preparation of a binding death beneficiary nomination to ensure the trustees of your superannuation fund deal with any residual benefits on death in accordance with your wishes, ensuring consistency with your overall estate planning intentions.

Trustee Minutes
We will attend to the preparation of all minutes required to document the decisions and actions of the trustees relating to the activities and transactions of the superannuation fund.
