Since 11th March 2004 the FSRA licencing requirements for Accountants giving financial advice have applied.  Our clients can be assured that the new FSRA rules will not restrict the breadth of advice that has always been provided to them by BMG as Stephen Mamouney and Ross Black hold the dual qualifications of Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner and therefore meet these new FSRA requirements.
